REFUND POLICY

The Virginia Outdoor Center prides itself on trying to accommodate all groups, small and large.  In order to help us with our planning and preparation we require final payment and total participant numbers no later than one week prior to the reservation date.  We do not issue refunds or credit if participant numbers decrease after the final payment.  Thanks.
